Teacher of History
Full Time (Start September 2017)
The Directors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and creative Teacher of History to work in a very successful and committed department.
Candidates must be able to teach across the age and ability range to Advanced Level.
The ability to offer other subject areas would be a distinct advantage, but not a requirement.
The school is a very popular, over-subscribed and high achieving 11-18 Church of England Academy of approximately 1050 students, awarded Outstanding Status by Ofsted (November 2011) and also in the Section 48 Diocesan report. The school has considerable experience working in partnership with both local and regional schools.
The school is expanding significantly and it is anticipated that there will be considerable opportunities for promotion in the future.
